The Qboxmail Webmail includes integrated task management features that help users organize daily activities and collaborate with colleagues directly from their email environment. These functions combine simplicity with flexibility, offering a complete tool always available inside the mailbox.

Create tasks linked to an email

Users can create a task or reminder directly from any received or sent email. By clicking on the Tasks icon, the system generates a new activity that includes the email subject as the task title and a direct link to the original message.
You can edit the title and customize every field of the task. This makes it easy to keep important emails and related actions connected. For example, you can create a reminder to reply later to a specific message with just one click.

Assign tasks to colleagues

The Webmail allows you to assign tasks to collaborators who belong to the same domain. The interface separates My tasks from those Assigned to others, so users can easily track both personal activities and delegated ones.
To assign a task, enter the title and the recipient’s email address. You can assign tasks to one or multiple colleagues and monitor their progress from the same section.

To assign a task, simply give it a title and write the email address of at least one colleague to whom you want to assign the task. It is possible to assign an activity to multiple people, but only to users who belong to the same domain as the creator of the Task.

Notifications and tracking

A built-in notification system ensures that users never miss an update. Notifications appear when:

• The system assigns a new task
• The assignee completes the task
• The user reopens the task
