With this final chapter we close a series of articles designed to bring clarity to the world of email hosting providers. The series began with a reflection on why managing your customers’ email is such an important responsibility for resellers. In the second article we outlined best practices for reselling and managing professional accounts, useful regardless of the provider.

We then compared the main alternatives available on the market, evaluating them against seven key features to consider when choosing an email service provider. The options analysed were:

  1. Dedicated Mail Server
  2. Web Hosting Providers’ Email Accounts
  3. Microsoft 365
  4. Google Workspace

This last article focuses on Qboxmail. After exploring other alternatives, we can now look at how our solution addresses the same evaluation criteria.

Control Panel designed for Resellers

Unlike providers that put the end-user company at the center, Qboxmail has built its Control Panel around resellers. From one interface you can manage all domains and accounts, assign roles to collaborators or customers, apply security policies, and customize services. The Control Panel reduces time spent on repetitive tasks and gives resellers full operational control.

Security and deliverability

Three commercial security engines, coordinated by a machine learning system developed in-house, protect every email account. Qboxmail scans all inbound and outbound messages for spam, malware, and phishing attempts to ensure strong protection without external add-ons. The Account Takeover Protection system monitors login activity and blocks SMTP traffic when it detects suspicious behavior. Qboxmail also scans outgoing traffic to prevent abuse and keep IP reputation high, which guarantees excellent deliverability. Qboxmail supports and recommends SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Help desk and support

Resellers need to respond quickly to customer requests. Tracemail, Qboxmail’s log analysis tool, simplifies this by showing in real time what happened to a specific message. It covers the three most frequent issues: login problems, missing incoming messages, and undelivered emails.
When resellers need direct support, Qboxmail provides tickets, answers phone calls within a few rings, and offers video sessions with technicians for both technical and commercial topics.

Backup and archiving

Every mailbox includes Mail Time Machine, an automatic backup that allows recovery of deleted messages for up to 15 days or a full restore to a chosen date.
For long-term compliance, the Email Archive option stores all incoming and outgoing emails with no space limits and a 10-year retention policy.

Mailbox sizes

Resellers can choose flexible mailbox sizes, from 1 GB up to 100 GB, and adjust them anytime from the Control Panel. This makes it easy to provide each customer with the right storage capacity.

Pricing model

Qboxmail uses a pay-per-use model: resellers pay only for active accounts. With the volume discount program, the unit cost decreases as the number of accounts grows, leaving better margins compared to competitors like Microsoft or Google.

Qboxmail goes beyond offering simple email accounts. It provides a complete ecosystem for resellers: advanced security, migration and analysis tools, integrated backups, and dedicated support. A European solution that combines independence, flexibility, and sustainable pricing, ideal for MSPs, ISPs, Telcos, and hosting providers who want to deliver professional email under their own brand.
