How to activate a 100GB email account

The activation of the 100GB email accounts takes place via the Qboxmail Control Panel by following these simple steps:

• Log in to the Control Panel and click on Domains;
• Click on the domain name and then on Settings -> General;
• Make sure the domain has the Enterprise plan;
• Make sure the domain limits allow you to activate your 100 GB mailbox;
• Save your settings;
• Click on the domain name and then on the name of the email account you wish to make larger;
• Go to General Settings and select 100GB in the Available Space section;
• Save your settings and your 100GB mailbox will be active immediately.
