When you browse the websites www.qboxmail.it / www.qboxmail.com / docs.qboxmail.com or use a contact form, Qboxmail collects certain personal data. With this Privacy Policy, Qboxmail wishes to provide you with the information necessary to understand how we process this data, in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 13 and 14 EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?

Qboxmail has appointed a data protection officer, who acts as a point of contact between the owner and the interested parties and can be contacted at the e-mail address: dpo@qboxmail.com.

Processing of personal data through websites

When you browse the websites www.qboxmail.it / www.qboxmail.com / docs.qboxmail.com we may collect certain navigation data through the use of cookies or similar technologies. To find out how we use cookies, you can consult our Cookie Policy.
If you purchase one of our services or sign up for a free trial, we will process certain personal data related to customer management and others related to the provision of our services. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we will process the data you provide in it to respond to your request, based on art. 6, letter. b) EU Regulation 2016/679.
We may also process the contact details entered in the form to send you commercial information and offers related to our services, but only if you have given us your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by writing to privacy@qboxmail.com.
Some fields of the form require the mandatory compilation in order to proceed with the sending of the request. In the absence of this data we will not be able to identify you and manage your request. Optional fields may be left unfilled.
Unless required for the purpose of your contact with us, your data will only be processed internally by Qboxmail staff and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to manage your contact request, unless you have given your consent to receive commercial communications. In the latter case, we will store and process your data for this purpose for 24 months.
To protect ourselves from spam and thus protect a legitimate interest, we use a reCaptcha system, which may involve sending some data to the service provider. It is not about the personal data contained in the form, but about technical data that can allow the identification of the device (e.g. the IP address). What are your rights?

The GDPR (articles 15 to 22) recognises important data protection rights, which you can exercise by contacting the Data Controller.

  • You have the right to know whether personal data relating to you is being processed and, if confirmed, to obtain a copy of that data; and to be informed about: the origin of the data; the categories of personal data processes; the recipients of the data; the purposes of the processing; the existence of an automated decision-making process; including profiling; the data retention period.
  • In the cases provided for by the GDPR, you may request that your personal data be rectified or erased, or that their processing be restricted. You can also request that the data you have provided to Qboxmail be transferred to another data controller (“right to portability”), if the processing is based on your consent or on a contract concluded with you and is carried out by automated means.
  • You can object to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller or public interest for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can object to the processing of your personal data carried out for marketing purposes without having to justify your objection.
  • You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
  • You can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that Qboxmail has violated your rights.

How can you exercise your rights?

You can submit a request to exercise your rights to Qboxmail free of charge and without any particular formalities (e.g., by email, registered mail, etc.) We are required to reply within one month to your request or to notify you and give reasons for any delay in replying, which may not in any case exceed two months. If you do not receive a response within this period or if you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in accordance with article 77 of the Regulation, or with the judicial authorities.
