Seven events across Italy, Europe and the United States, talks on digital sovereignty and email security, and new opportunities to meet ICT professionals and businesses.
Our event calendar kicked off on October 21–22 with MSP Global 2026 in Barcelona, where we had our own booth and delivered a talk on managing IP blocklists in shared email infrastructures.
Our next stop is Linux Day Prato on Saturday, October 24, where Alessio Cecchi, CEO of Qboxmail, will give a talk titled “Open Source, Open Weight, Sovereignty and Independence: Are We Missing Something? Let’s Clarify.”
Between October and mid-November 2026, Qboxmail will attend seven more events focused on technological innovation, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing and open source.
From Barcelona to Miami, with stops in Prato, Naples, Paris, Pisa and Milan, we’ll attend industry conferences and events to share our experience in managing email infrastructure, connect with other professionals and explore new business development opportunities.

October 26–29, 2026 | Paris, France
From October 26 to 29, Qboxmail will attend the M3AAWG (Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group) 68th General Meeting. This international association brings together leading global email industry players, including providers such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo, to collaborate on preventing abuse and improving the security of digital communications.
The event provides an important opportunity for email providers, postmasters, technical managers and security specialists to exchange knowledge through training sessions, working groups and discussions on the challenges of managing email infrastructure.
The association’s key areas of focus include preventing spam and email abuse, combating phishing and developing technical standards. One example is the work on DKIM2, a new protocol under development that aims to address some limitations of the current DKIM standard used for email signing and authentication.
For Qboxmail, attending M3AAWG means engaging directly with the professionals who help shape industry practices and standards, gaining valuable insights to continuously improve the security and reliability of our email services.
October 29, 2026 | Naples, Italy
Our first event is IGF Italia 2026 (Internet Governance Forum), hosted by the University of Naples Federico II.
The event brings together representatives from public institutions, academia, businesses and civil society to discuss Internet governance and the future of the digital ecosystem.
On October 29, Alessio Cecchi, CEO of Qboxmail, will deliver a talk titled:
“Public Administration and the Challenge of Digital Sovereignty: The Case of Email”
The talk will explore digital sovereignty in public administration, focusing on the risks associated with the growing concentration of email services among a small number of major technology providers.
Particular attention will be given to practices that can limit interoperability with open, standard protocols, increasing dependence on specific proprietary ecosystems.
The aim is to encourage reflection on the importance of maintaining control over digital communications, especially when dealing with essential services for public bodies and institutions.
Location: University of Naples Federico II, San Giovanni a Teduccio Campus, Naples.
November 5, 2026 | Pisa, Vianova Data Center

Qboxmail will contribute with a talk addressing a real-world challenge in email delivery:
“451: Your IP Is Blocklisted. Now What? Lessons from Operating a Shared Email Infrastructure”
What happens when an IP address used to send emails is added to a blocklist? How can this affect email delivery, and what steps can be taken to resolve the issue?
Drawing on Qboxmail’s operational experience in managing a shared email infrastructure, the talk will cover topics such as IP reputation, email sending monitoring, abuse prevention and incident response.
It will also explore the differences between shared and dedicated IP addresses, IP warming practices and strategies to reduce the risk of blocklisting and email deliverability issues.
This event will be particularly useful for professionals managing email services, applications and e-commerce platforms who want to better understand the issues that can affect email delivery.
