Qboxmail obtains ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications

We are pleased to announce that Qboxmail has obtained ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications, along with extensions 27017 and 27018 for security and cloud services management.

ISO 9001 Certification confirms the implementation of an effective Integrated Quality Management System, especially for the design and development of our software and services.

ISO 27001 Certification

The ISO 27001 certification attests to the adoption of an efficient information security management system, which ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and security of data. It also involves identifying and mitigating potential risks.

ISO 27017 and 27018 Extentions

ISO 27017 and 27018 Extentions are a special code of conduct for these companies that provide and use Cloud Services. 

These standards add to ISO 27001 a set of rules, processes and practices for managing the security of information in the Cloud related to the protection of personal identifiable information (PII).

Certification authorities have verified and certified our design framework, software development, as well as the provision of Email Hosting Cloud services, Email Delivery, and Email Security.

This process has required the commitment of all Qboxmail’s staff and the result was an improvement in our quality management processes of the services we offer to our customers and users.

From today, every partner or reseller will be able to show their customers compliance with ISO standards, giving more value to both the services offered and the commercial offer.
