To access Email Archive, you must have enabled the service for at least one domain and one mailbox.
There’s a separate interface for viewing archived messages at https://vault.qboxmail.com.
Messages stored in the email archive can only be accessed by users using their email address and password, or by delegates via the user ID assigned to them.
To access Email Archive:
- Go to the login page
- Enter the email address (or User ID for delegates) and password for your mailbox
- Log in
